PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Plant Controller – Milwaukee, WI

A contract plastic injection molding manufacturing company is searching for a Plant Controller.

The Plant Controller will prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization. Analyze financial information to identify opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.

PLANT CONTROLLER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible for financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, AR collections, general ledger/journal entries, payroll, commissions, cash profit sharing, job costing, fixed assets, and cash flow management.
  • Responsible for month end closing functions; including sales and financial reporting.
  • Prepares monthly financial reports by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger and department reports.

A well established custom injection molding manufacturing company is searching for a Injection Molding Quality Assurance Manager.  The primary function of the Quality Assurance Manager is to plan, organize, direct and run the day-to-day Quality Department activities to ensure customer expectations are exceeded through delivery of high-quality products. This role is responsible for implementing, leading, managing, and successfully executing all aspects of the company’s Quality Management System including ISO and SQF certifications.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with plant operations in the areas of quality program management, inspection coordination and testing requirements to develop, implement and maintains the Quality Management System.
  • Manages the development, modification and maintenance of all quality evaluation and control systems in areas of product responsibility, and in compliance with company policies, customer requirements and government regulations.

    A growing manufacturer of plastic injection and blow molding equipment serving the United States Market is searching for four Field Service Engineers. The Field Service Engineer (FSE) works closely with the Technical Manager, supporting the company’s internal and external customers through-out North and South America, as well as globally when required with efficient, accurate and timely completion of technical tasks. A custom injection molding company is searching for an Injection Molding Process Technician.  The Injection Molding Process Technician will be responsible for:

  • Performing machine start-up, shut-down, color changes, and any necessary processing changes to ensure that the machines are running at the proper efficiency and that the product is in conformance.
  • Providing technical support for new tooling qualifications and process capability studies.
