Injection Molding Account Manager – Sheboygan, WI

Description

A custom injection molding company is searching for an Account Manager to be responsible for several large current customers.  The Account Manager will provide oversight on overall customer profitability, and be responsible for identifying and implementing profitability improvement measures.  The Account Manager position is focused on internal customer/profitability management, as well as, customer relationship building/management.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Managing the profitability of current customer accounts by limiting negative tactical activities.
  • Identify and implement profitability improvement measures for current customers.
  • Identify, pursue and secure profitable growth opportunities within the current customers.
  • Build a strategic relationship with current customers at all levels of the customer organization.
  • Provide 12 month business forecasts as part of the quarterly and annual forecasting process.
  • Be the internal voice of the customer.
  • Create customer awareness of all of the company’s advanced technical capabilities.

In addition to an annual salary in the $85,000 to $95,000 range, the company provides a car, competitive healthcare benefits, a potential bonus of 9%, and a relocation package with a sign on bonus.

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Minimum 5-7 years sales experience in a plastic injection molding OEM manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of customers
  • Exceptional verbal, and written communications skills
  • Effective presentation skills in front of small and large audiences
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision – time management skills
  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and the internet.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills to satisfactorally resolve issues/conflicts.

Compounded Plastic Resin Salesperson – Southeastern, US

A plastic resin compounding company, located in the Southeastern US,  is searching for a Salesperson for the Southeastern Territory. The Southeastern Territory extends from Virginia to Florida, primarily along the Eastern Seaboard. The company wants someone who already resides somewhere in the Southeastern U.S. and can work out of a home office.

The company offers a base salary in the $50,000 to $55,000 range, a 4% commissions on all new sales and 1% thereafter, a $.50per mile car allowance, and company paid medical benefits requiring no employee contribution.

Requirements

•Several years of sales experience.
•Already residing in the Southeastern, U.S.
•Experience selling plastic resins, plastic additives, compounded plastic resins, etc.
•Own a fairly new automobile.

A custom engineered plastics resin company specializing in precise color matching is searching for a Sales Representative.  The Sales Representative will work out of a home office and cover an area from Minnesota to Missouri.  The company ships custom colors within 4 weeks or less and standard black and natural resins within 2 weeks. Many black and natural resins are readily available in stock. Additionally, the company has stocking programs available in one of many regional warehouses for even faster shipping and receiving.

A plastic thermoforming company that has been in business for over 35 years wants to hire an outside Molding Salesperson.   The primary objective of the Plastic Molding Salesperson will be to identify and bring new customers.   In addition to a annual base salary in $45,000 to $50,000 the company offers; sales commissions, a 401(k), Health Care benefits, and profits sharing, but no relocation.
