Plastic Blow Molding Second Shift Supervisor – Kenosha, WI


A manufacturer of plastic bottles for many of North America’s large and small consumer products companies is seeking to hire a full-time Second Shift Foreman.

Second Shift Foreman Position Requirements:

  • Startup machines after set-up.
  • Ensure production information is strictly adhered to (raw material types, quantities, packaging, etc.).
  • Fine tune machines.
  • Ensure the safety of all employees and company property.
  • Security systems.
  • Mechanical skills to troubleshoot and process variables.
  • General personnel responsibilities.
  • Knowledge in and ability to read electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic blueprints.
  • Knowledge of blow molding injection blow molding process, and polymer behavior preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of blow mold and injection blow mold construction preferred.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

In addition to an hourly rate between $21 and $25, the company offers competitive benefits.



  • Community College diploma and/or 4-6 years of relevant experience (preferred).
  • Skilled in basic computer use and software (i.e. Windows operating system, MS Word).
  • Ability to communicate in English both written and verbal.
  • Understand and follow plant safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operation.
  • Knowledge of blow molding processes.

Production Foreman – Albuquerque, NM

A leading supplier of gifts, home décor, and tabletop products is searching for Plastic Injection Molding Night Shift Foremen to lead the operation of thin wall plastic injection molding equipment and operators. The Night Shift Foremen will be responsible for:

1.Carrying out and direct production related activities in the most efficient manner per standard cost routings

2.Support maintenance activities for production,

3.Scheduling of internal activities – daily, short term, and long term

4.Perform annual performance reviews

5.Must be able to utilize company ERP systems for material planning and inventory lot control purposes

In addition to a new, modern work environment, the company offers an annual salary in the $50,000 to $60,000 range.

•Several years of experience leading the set-up and operation plastic injection molding machines, e.g. Battenfelds’, Engels’, Neggri-Bossi’s, etc. would be optimal but not required.
•At least 3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience in a high volume production operation is a requirement.

Blow Molding Production Supervisors – Englewood, NJ

A captive bottle blow molding company is searching for a Second Shift Blow Molding Production Supervisor and a Third Shift Blow Molding Production Supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in blow molded plastic products, applying knowledge of molding machine setup and operating techniques and production machining methods: Reading operating logs to identify inoperative blow molding machines, determines reasons for machine malfunction, and arranges for machine repair.
  • Reviewing production schedules and work orders, and assigns duties to workers according to order priorities.
  • Studying quality control reports to identify product defects and directs machine operators to adjust machines to eliminate flaws.
  • Examining molded products from each machine to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Conducting or directs training of new employees in machine operation.
  • Conferring with management and other supervisors to resolve production problems.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by Management.


  • 5+ years of experience running plastic extrusion blow molding presses.
  • Knowledge of proper safety procedures.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must have experience processing, troubleshooting machines and leading a team or shift.
  • Four year degree preferred.

Annual salary is in the $50,000 to $65,000 range.

Injection Molding Production Supervisor – Des Moines, IA


A very successful, growth oriented plastics injection molding company, serving a wide variety of end markets including medical, automotive, and building products, is searching for a Second Shift Production Supervisor to:

  • Direct and coordinate work activities and obtain resources necessary for production success
  • Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to manufacturing employees
  • Ensure that production delivers product that meets company safety, quality and efficiency requirements
  • Perform personnel administration activities
  • Work with and provide direction to other departments/shifts to solve problems within the manufacturing environment in support of the production scheduling effort
  • Ensure production areas maintain accurate inventory and reject counts
  • Conduct daily team meetings discussing safety, quality and production metrics, along with general information pertaining to the shift
  • Support Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives

A custom large volume industrial blow molding company is searching for a very hands-on plastic accumulator head blow molding Production Manager.  The Production Manager will establish processes, perform maintenance  and help train operators and process technicians.
