A manufacturer of plastic injection molded parts and metal components is searching for a Controller to manage all of the functions responsible for general and property accounting, accounts receivable and payables accounting, cost accounting and budgetary controls.  The Controller will:
1.Direct and coordinate the preparation of budgets, financial statements and all related activity.
2.Oversee the preparation of statistics for financial statements, including the analysis and reporting of results to provide forecasts and identify problem areas.
3.Interpret operating results as they affect the financial aspects of the business unit.
4.Make specific recommendations to result in cost reduction and profit improvement.
5.Ensure the correct and accurate accounting classification of all expenditures and documents.

Cradle-To-Grave Injection Molding Project Engineer – Dallas, TX

Description

A major supplier, founded in 1968, of custom injection molded plastic products, produced for a wide range of customers, wants to hire a cradle-to-grave Injection Molding Project Engineer.   This position is responsible for coordination with customer engineering teams and in-house Plastics Sales to create new customer quotes and perform duties related to the creation and design of new products and tools as well as troubleshoots existing product design and tooling.  This position will work closely with sales, production, customers, and procurement.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Responsible for all activities in relation to new quotes, injection mold tools and product launches.
  • Provide technical expertise on material and process selection, application development, injection mold tool design as well as manufacturing recommendations.
  • Review, interpret and revise part, part DFM , Moldflow analysis  and injection mold tooling designs to meet project requirements

Injection Molding R&D Manager – Dallas, TX

A major supplier of custom injection molded plastic products produced for a wide range of customers, founded in 1968, is searching for an experienced R&D Manager/Design Engineer experienced in plastic injection molding product development.  The R&D Manager will lead the development process from concept to manufacturing creating differentiated new products for the aerospace industry. The qualified candidate will possess strong hands-on engineering and design abilities as well as a successful track record of developing low cost, high quality manufacturing processes.

RESPONSIBILITES:
• Reporting to the VP of R&D
• Responsible for providing design and development leadership of new thermoplastic injection molded and thermoplastic composite product concepts.
• Responsible for the development of new manufacturing processes and equipment to support the prototype-to-production requirements of a new product concept.
• Responsible for the direct management of the engineering personnel in the R&D Design and Tooling Departments.

A major supplier of custom injection molded plastic products produced for a wide range of customers, is searching for an experienced Plant Manager.  This position is responsible for overseeing the management of custom injection molded plastic production and ensuring that production guidelines and goals are being met. Essential Duties:
•Sets-up, starts and troubleshoots presses using established RJG process control methods
