Description

A captive plastic blow molding operation supporting a food manufacturer is searching for a Maintenance Technician.  The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining plastic blow molding equipment.  The plastic blow molding equipment consists of five Uniloy blow molding machines making High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) containers.  

In addition to working in a modern molding plant, the company offers an hourly rate in the $15 to $20 range.

Maintenance Technician – Winfield, KA

Description

A custom accumulator head blow molding company manufacturing components for plastic storage buildings is searching for an experienced plastic accumulator head blow molding Third Shift Maintenance Technician.

Description:

A manufacturer of memory devices is search for a plastic molding Process Technician to support manufacturing by monitoring injection molding machine performance, mold performance and maintenance, reducing scrap and assuring product quality. Also assists with performing injection molding setup, start up, tear down and supports production runs.  Responsibilities include:

The Sr. Project Engineer will direct and coordinate engineering projects and programs, with an emphasis on developing complex plastic molding tooling. This experienced Sr. Project Engineer will work directly with customers and vendors on a regular basis.  This is a cradle-to-grave Project Engineering position.

Primary Sr. Project Engineer responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring product visually and takes corrective action when necessary.

Description

A rapidly growing plastics injection molding manufacturing company is searching for three Process Technicians to establish plastic injection molding processes, develop them, train operators and process technicians and monitoring them with data, find opportunities for improvement, and be able to:

  • Operate and set-up: injection molding machines, vision systems, down-stream equipment, and material feed equipment
  • Assist with the start-up of new equipment by developing process parameters.

Description

A manufacturer of High Temperature Performance Polymers is currently seeking a Application Development Engineer to conduct projects and technical support to meet business objectives.  The Application Development Engineer will be responsible for; identifying new application opportunities, supporting utilization of existing and new high temperature performance polymers, and managing the projects needed to develop the new products or application so that they meet the customer’s needs.  The Application Development Engineer position also involves the technical coordination, development of information and training programs required to support introduction of new products or applications at the customer’s facilities.
